CBW

One of the largest recent commercial developments within Melbourne’s CBD, CBW (Corner of Bourke and William Streets) is a mixed-use development incorporating two major office towers and an innovative urban retail environment. The premier corner location with its multiple street frontages allows the design to provide separate buildings that have individual identities and addresses. The project has achieved a certification rating of Five Green Stars and a 4.5 Star ABGR.

The architectural team of SJB in joint venture with Bates Smart and working in collaboration with NH Architecture was successful in bringing a range of skills and experiences together to resolve a challenging and complex project.
