The Rathdowne

The Rathdowne is a boutique apartment development in inner-city Carlton. The project involved the conservation of the existing heritage facade with the construction of a new building behind, fronting a public courtyard. The new five-level building is comprised of generous apartments including split level arrangements and a luxury penthouse. The development builds on the significance of the heritage facade and reflects the scale, massing and typology to be encouraged in Carlton.
