Kensington Village Square – a new civic space for markets and community events

 

Randwick City Council NSW held an international design competition to identify the best plans and ideas for Kensington and Kingsford. SJB with our design partners ASPECT Studios, Terroir and SGS submitted an entry to Randwick Council's K2K Urban Ideas Competition. Doncaster Ave ‘Green Street’ public domain improvements

 

Anzac Parade and Doncaster Avenue are activated, and connect to the CBD and Green Square via Todman Avenue

 

Activated main streets, connect to the Kingsford Circus Civic Centre housing new Council Chambers and a community centre. The precinct connects to Randwick and the beaches via an activated High Street
