Part of a much larger 40 lot industrial subdivision (now in various stages of the development), the land at 600 Frankston Dandenong Road enjoys extensive frontage to a major thoroughfare in the south east corridor.

Building on its proximity to central Frankston and synergies with surrounding industrial development, 18,000 square metres of trade supplies and warehouse floor area was realised, set amongst high quality landscaping.

SJB Planning and the project team worked closely to resolve various car parking, traffic and aboriginal cultural heritage issues to deliver a high quality industrial and retail development that takes advantage of the strategic attributes of a high exposure site in Carrum Downs.
