8 Burnley Street 'A Place to Live'

Richmond VIC Australia
A

8 Burnley Street ‘A Place to Live’ forms a distinctive silhouette on the corner of Burnley and Victoria Streets. The building’s dynamic curvilinear structure creates a bold architectural statement and completes this key junction.

A unique and distinctive facade was a key design driver for this mixed-use development, characterised by deep curved horizontal bands creating generous balconies. Timber was incorporated on the western facade with an array of ‘boxes’ which frame views to Williams Reserve, connecting residents to the landscaped character of the adjoining public realm.
