Edgewater Maribrynong Stage 7C
SJB Urban has provided ongoing Urban Design advice and prepared an Urban Context Report for the masterplan and development design for Stage 7c, a high-density residential site within Edgewater Maribyrnong. The site is to be developed by the Beyo Group, and SJB Urban worked closely with Bellwater International to develop the Master Plan, through close consultation with Maribyrnong City Council.
The complex, steeply sloping site, landscape and heritage character, dramatic views and nearby urban development, present a number of constraints and opportunities which have informed the development of the masterplan.
