Carlton Neighbourhood Learning Centre

August 2018

SJB has been working with Architects Without Frontiers, Bonacci and the Carlton Neighbourhood Learning Centre staff and students on their project application for the Victorian Community Grants Initiative.

The project will entail the building of a new classroom at Carlton Neighbourhood Learning Centre, creating new classes, workshops and events for all the community, with a focus on sustainability. Examples of activities, hosted by passionate local volunteers, include productive gardening, cooking, and waste reduction.

Carlton Corner will build on CNLC's important work and exciting vision to create a community that connects people, creates opportunity and challenges disadvantage.
