Clarion Display SuiteAlexandria NSW Australia
A permeable relationship between indoor and outdoor, heightened by a seamless connection to nature, underpins the interiors for Clarion, a bespoke 6-storey mixed-use development with an exceptional level of detailing unusual in the multi-residential sector.
Reading as one unique address, the internal spaces juxtapose the playful textures of the building’s pre-cast fluted concrete facade and apartment shell with a beautifully sumptuous interior – pure and timeless in form and palette - with a slight edge of industrialism.
The kitchen is a beautifully carved space with terrazzo wrapping up from the floor to form the kitchen joinery, juxtaposed against a translucent layer of suspended overhead shelves, heightening the sense of spatial scale and interior views. The pared back terrazzo benchtop and surrounding minimalistic joinery is complemented by a bold rich island to the foreground and finished with iron bronze details.
Full height views from the master en-suite to the lush green internal courtyard are framed by two sets of tall timber fins which form a backdrop to the generous feature marble vanity. Terrazzo glides between the two spaces, ensuring a seamless transition between outside and in.
Each home is completed by a fireplace sat on a generous concrete hearth, an internal lush green courtyard enjoyed from master bathroom, corridor and secondary bedroom whilst retaining privacy through offset viewing angles. Finishes extend from interior to exterior terraces, creating a true sense of indoor-outdoor living.
